About the Project
An immersive Virtual Museum and Online Archive of Hull KR's extraordinary heritage
Hull KR Foundation was awarded funding from the University of Hull Spark Fund to present the Club's rich history and heritage through an online archive and Virtual Museum to help bring our rich heritage alive.
One to One Development Trust led the project which includes an interactive timeline of the Club’s heritage and a Virtual ‘stadium’ that the visitor can explore in their own time.
The project uses Virtual Reality as part of our important programme of work with Care Homes and Schools so the museum can be easily transported to different community venues on a laptop and headset.
The PC and VR versions of the museum are visually rich interactive experiences that use video game style exploration and graphics. There is also a 360 version compatible with mobile devices (phones, tablets, etc).

The University of Hull's Spark Funding has supported our wider Heritage project funded through The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
